Each charm will fit names up to 7 characters each.

As they are not engraved the metal may be displaced as the metal is simply 'moved' not removed as it does with engraving. Where possible we will buff out these dents on the back of the item but they may not always be fully removed. These are not considered a flaw or a fault. Simply a quirk of being hand made.
